Hang Move. Follow All Moves using a hang move on the next pitch home.

Drill. Set looking at 1. Lift your front foot in slow motion at the beginning. If the runner breaks as soon as you lift, quickly put your foot down, and fire to first baseman.

If after you have lifted your foot the first 6 inches or so the runner still hasn’t broken, then pick up your kick speed and fire home.

The Hang Move takes a tremendous amount of practice but literally eliminates the gamble stealers who go on first movement. They will be an easy out!
